Ishaq Shabani said: fish cage rings in the Caspian Sea, in particular the Gilan province, will increase from 32 cages to 40 cages by the end of the year, and it is expected that with the launch of new collections, the capacity for fish breeding in Guilan cages will reach 4,000 tons.

Director General of Fisheries of Guilan, referring to the age of fish production in cage, declared: This industry has over the age of 40 in the world, so that in 2016, from 201 million tons of global fisheries production, about 10 million tons were produced through fish breeding cage sets.
